July 24 - July 28
Experience Anatomy has designed a unique, fully immersive academic experience to provide a 3-dimentional perspective of the structure and function of the human body. Each day is dedicated to one topic: heart, brain, eyeball, musculoskeletal, or digestive system. We will explore the anatomy of each subject and test our own physiology. By the end of this weeklong course, participants will be able to state the major functions of the cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, respiratory and visual systems. Students will have the opportunity to study human cadaver tissue and dissect animal tissue. Participants will be exposed to digital, plastinated, and cadaveric anatomy. Camp will be led by one of our brilliant anatomists who have a gift for weaving together multiple modalities of learning and strive to integrate fun anatomy activities into educational settings.
Camp hours are 9am-12:00pm daily.
